Owned and operated by the Wolf family, Big Timber Maple has been producing certified organic maple syrup since 2000. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a thriving family business, driven by a passion for quality and tradition.
Brian and Lisa Wolf represent the fifth generation to live and work on their century farm in Dubuque County. Their oldest son, Kyle, is proudly stepping in as the sixth generation, continuing the family legacy.
Maple syrup is one of the oldest agricultural products and is made only in the spring. It takes approximately 40 gallons of maple sap to produce just one gallon of syrup. The result? A pure, natural, and healthier alternative to artificial sweeteners found in many of today’s foods.
"From our trees to your table—enjoy a sweet taste of Iowa!"
