An ample assortment of local Beeler’s ham, New Pi’s roast beef, and smoked local Ferndale turkey, with local Provolone, local Pepper Jack, local Swiss, and local Cheddar cheeses. Plus these organic toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onions, cucumbers, green peppers, and local sprouts to build great sandwiches – along with Neufchâtel, our house-made spinach pesto, Veganaise, and Dijon mustard. All served with an ample platter of New Pi’s famous Bakehouse breads.
