Illahe Vineyards, located in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, focuses on historical wine making techniques and making wine as naturally as possible from soil to bottle.
Each batch is handled with impeccable attention to detail: Their grapes are hand picked, they use native yeasts for fermentation on all of their reds, and some of their wine is made without the use of electricity or modern mechanization.
