Cooking Class: Raw Food – Where Do I Begin?

Do you want to incorporate more raw food into your diet but feel overwhelmed about where to start?
This class will give you the foundation to easily transition to adding raw vegan into your life. In this class we will create some staple recipes that you can use in a variety of ways. You’ll have the opportunity to taste them all as well as take the recipes home so you can practice on your own.
This class will take place at the Cedar Rapids New Pioneer Co-op. Registration is required.
About Rawlicious
Jessica is a graduate of Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, CA where she received her certification as a Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef and Instructor. Jessica started Rawlicious & quickly learned that the amount of work it takes to make a restaurant work would take a team so her husband Tony quit his full-time construction career to come alongside & help build the business. Together, they are passionate about sharing the living foods lifestyle with others through Rawlicious, a raw vegan cafe. As well as teaching raw food culinary arts classes in Cedar Rapids.
