A Message from the Board

Dear New Pioneer Co-op Members, 

As you know, the last five years have been financially challenging for New Pioneer. The board has a responsibility to ensure the longevity and financial stability of our Co-op. With that in mind, the Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to move forward without Matt Hartz as our General Manager. Over the coming months the board will conduct a national search to fill the position. Effective immediately, Amy Hospodarsky will serve as Interim General Manager until a new General Manager is hired. We thank Matt for his many years of service to the Co-op and wish him the best in his future endeavors.

We understand that this is a big transition. The board has full confidence in our staff’s ability to lead us through this period. As we head into the holiday season, we want you to know that New Pi is here to serve you and is ready to help make all your celebrations bright and cheerful. As always, we know you have a lot of choices to meet your grocery needs. We hope that you will put New Pi at the top of your shopping list, and we look forward to earning your business.
